There are names for people who refuse to grow up in the normal sense – immature, stunted, sophomoric, deadbeat.
For the Christian who isn’t growing in “grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,” what do we call them?
How about starving. The feast that is the Christian life is laid out in front you but if there is no intention to grow, to let Christ transform all of your person, then you are just taking in the appetizer.
I have discovered ways to grow (there is still much to learn) and I want to show you.
Don’t be a starving Christian. It is time to feast.
